My name is Annie Schlecht. I am the founder of Zen Sleep Consulting, LLC.  I live in North Dakota with my darling girls and amazing husband. I am serious about the work I do; however, I like to do it with a splash of humor, as life should be fun!

I became a Certified Pediatric and Adult Sleep Consultant so I could help other families (both children and parents) get the sleep they deserve. I’ve seen firsthand how sleep deprivation can wreak havoc on our health, relationships, and family dynamics.    

I have a Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy (registered and licensed). I specialize in pediatrics, especially children 0-5 years old. I am extremely passionate about pediatric sleep as it is a crucial component in pediatric brain development.

I am also a Certified Infant Massage Instructor. I adore teaching parents the art of massaging their babies. The benefits of infant massage are endless!

Finally, I became a Certified Reiki Practitioner so I could help promote healing and decrease stress levels in my clients. Obviously, we all know that less pain/stress = better sleep = better life! Tapping into my Reiki practice has truly helped me find my “Zen” and I’d like to help you find yours.
